Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a University pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Recent Graduate with degree
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end deployment of new laptop hardware for onboarding employees.
- Utilized a strong knowledge of Windows OS to configure user settings and resolve standard operating system errors.
- Provision and image corporate devices, ensuring all systems met company security compliance and software baselines.
- Provide high-touch customer service support to end-users, to ensure a positive and efficient resolution experience.
