About The Position

The Sr. IT Client Services Support Specialist is responsible for providing on-site IT support for the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) organization, business, manufacturing, and lab environments. This role supports regulated applications and systems, manages IT assets and inventory, coordinates Facilities, Logistics, and I&O team, and provides backup L1 support to ensure continuity of operations and compliance with IT Client Services Support (ITCS) standards. This position reports to the ITCS Manager and is part of the IT Client Services team located in Lodi California and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support Administration, Mobility, Procurement, and Onsite IT Operations. Support Manufacturing, Labs, Systems & Applications. Facilities, Logistics & Asset Coordination, Inventory, Compliance & E‑Waste

Requirements

Strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in an on-site IT operation in a manufacturing environment, labs, and mobility support.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, imaging systems, and Active Directory and peripheral issues in on-site environments.
2+ years of experience supporting end‑user hardware, peripherals deployment, network support, MFP printers’ administration and management, including vendor coordination.
Familiarity with onsite inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
Ability to travel – 35 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs and be able to bend and deploy the IT equipment under and over the desk.
