IT Change & Adoption Manager
About The Position
Buchanan Hauling is hiring an IT Change & Adoption Manager to lead the charge on making our technology investments actually stick. This role is being created to address the common issue where IT rolls out new systems, but adoption is low and workarounds persist. The IT Change & Adoption Manager will report directly to the Director of IT and be responsible for the entire process from 'go-live' to ensuring correct and widespread usage. This involves partnering with department leaders to drive adoption, developing effective training, identifying and resolving process gaps that hinder progress, and creating a standardized playbook for future technology rollouts.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in project management, change management, or process improvement
- A track record of driving adoption — not just hitting "launch"
- Strong communication skills across every level of an organization

- Can walk into a room of frustrated end users and turn them into advocates

Responsibilities
- Driving technology implementations from deployment through full adoption
- Designing change management and training plans that get people on board
