About The Position

Medline's internship program offers real-world, hands-on experience where interns can make a true impact. Interns take ownership of their projects and get a feel for day-to-day work in their respective roles. The summer program is designed for personal and professional development, running for ten weeks from early June through mid-August. It includes enriching activities such as social and networking events, leadership presentations, learning and development opportunities, and community service projects. The program aims to equip interns with tangible skillsets that will set them apart from their peers.

Requirements

Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar
Strong leadership abilities
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills
Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Java is a plus

Responsibilities

Work on projects to enhance the current SAP Environment catering to Chargebacks, Source to Pay, Master Data, and ERP Systems.
Execute a project in one of the specified areas, bringing business benefits and/or process efficiencies.
Gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, data analysis, systems design, development, testing, and deployment.
Learn, execute, and present a project with the help of an assigned mentor.
Partner with business sponsors, analysts, developers, and management to lead their project to success.
Explore and profile data in multiple systems.
Capture lineage of data between multiple systems.
Build data models for domains such as Product or Customer, including cross-domain relationships.
Analyze data quality and develop dashboards for monitoring data quality metrics.
