About The Position

Identify and resolve user issues and/or analyze low to medium complexity business problems to be solved with technology solutions. Evaluating / analyzing technology strengths and weaknesses while defining opportunities to maximize capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills including both presentation and written skills.
  • Proven experience in project leadership and system integrations.
  • Critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
  • Experience working with business customers documenting business system requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience with serialization within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Experience using DelmiaWorks (IQMS)
  • Experience with validated systems and procedures related to GMP

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial analysis and triage in support of service requests/incidents submitted by end-users, recommend & implement corrective solutions, including modifications to system configurations or reports.
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.
  • Track and document changes to functional and business specifications.
  • Ownership of serialization functionality for IT at the site; understand system integrations, troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
  • Provide project leadership for IT projects, as needed.
  • Collaborate with peers and users to identify and document business needs / objectives, problems, input / output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements for needed improvement.
  • Build relationships with key users/SMEs across the broader organization to expand understanding of various business functions challenges & opportunities to identify opportunities for process/system improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
