About The Position

The IT Business Relationship Management Manager will lead the development and management of strategic relationships between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, champions collaboration across functions, and drives initiatives that improve business performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. It offers the opportunity to influence strategic priorities, lead a talented team, and shape how technology enables business success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, business analysis, project management, IT partnership management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
Experience partnering with business leaders and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and business analysis tools.
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and execution.
Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing formal Business Relationship Management (BRM) practices or frameworks.
Project Management Professional (PMP), BRMP, CBAP, or other relevant professional certification.
Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise technology, or organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge of IT service management principles and governance frameworks.
Experience within a global manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven organization.

Responsibilities
