About The Position

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will be providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. They will ensure effective alignment between business partners and ESO IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication. In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role – (3-5) years
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements – 5 years
• Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes – 5 years
• Hands on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools – 3 years
• Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT – (3-5) years
• Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues – 3 years
• Experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT – 5 years
• Experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements – (3-5) years
• Experience supporting backlog refinement, user story development, and sprint coordination – (3-5) years

Nice To Haves

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead light-to-moderate project management duties, including organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks/issues, and supporting typical ongoing governance routines.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals.
• Provide focused business analysis support such as assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision-making discussions.
• Limited testing support may be required, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs.
• Contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
