About The Position

The IT Business Partner will serve as the primary point of contact for local business teams and IT function teams, building and sustaining strong partnerships. This role involves engaging with local support resources to align with global IT strategy and maintain technological health. The IT Business Partner will also act as a key escalation contact for their region, managing critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time, coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, they will partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout, and manage local resources to support global IT strategy as a member of the global team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with IT system technology and service management.
• Proven project management skill with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure.
• General knowledge of system development and product designing.
• Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain partnerships with local business teams in dedicated regions and across multiple IT function teams as the point of contact (POC).
• Engage with local support resources and align with global IT strategy to maintain technological health.
• Act as a key escalation contact for the region on critical IT technology escalations and emerging issues in real-time, assisting with coordinating rapid resolution, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner in local production validation testing to ensure new systems meet IT operational requirements and quality standards before rollout.
• Manage local resources to support IT global strategy as a global team member.
