IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a curious, proactive IT Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who is excited to help shape the future of our technology and business process landscape at Bose Professional. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or data platforms

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support the discovery, design, testing, and launch of new applications and system enhancements
- Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and support resources that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working
- Assist in solution evaluation by documenting options, recommendations, and defining clear data-based impact in the business
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and sprint planning in partnership with Product Owners and project teams
- Participate in testing activities (UAT, regression testing) to validate system functionality
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Collaborate across business, IT, and vendor teams to help deliver practical, scalable solutions
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
