About The Position

The Intermediate Business Analyst is responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders. Furthermore, they are responsible for eliciting and documenting the actual needs of stakeholders to determine underlying issues and causes. They enable more complex change in an enterprise by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders with consideration of business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. They also play a role in aligning the designed and delivered solutions with the needs of stakeholders with an in-depth understanding of applicable business systems, process capabilities, industry requirements, and digital trends. They can recommend and lead delivery of complex solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. They can guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts.

Requirements

  • Intermediate level of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Ability to discover, synthesize, and analyze information from various sources.
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting stakeholder needs.
  • Understanding of business implications of technology application.
  • In-depth understanding of applicable business systems, process capabilities, industry requirements, and digital trends.
  • Ability to recommend and lead complex solution delivery.
  • Ability to guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts.
