About The Position

We’re looking for someone like you to implement business analytics and processes, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. As an IT business analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge applications and systems. Working with your team of business and IT system analysts, you’ll help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to our clients. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with business analysis using web-based systems
  • Experience with customer service and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting the phases of the systems development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Data Governance governing principles
  • Ability to multitask and respond to tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL to execute queries
  • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
  • Ability to learn new software tools and techniques quickly
