About The Position

The IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain analyzes, defines, and delivers technology solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations and business goals. The role bridges operations and IT by translating business process requirements, championing supply chain data governance, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / AX 2012 with ancillary supply chain platforms. The analyst partners with global Supply Chain teams to standardize and optimize workflows across procurement, inventory, warehouse management, quality, compliance, and material planning. As a functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX, the analyst authors Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configures core supply chain modules with a preference for out-of-the-box functionality, and collaborates with technical developers on custom extensions and integrations. The role also evaluates and integrates third-party systems, supports master data governance, and uses SQL and Power BI to investigate anomalies, validate data flows, and provide business insights. Across the project lifecycle, the analyst develops test scenarios, leads User Acceptance Testing, supports global cutover and post-go-live hypercare, and creates training materials to encourage sustained user adoption. The position is remote with occasional on-site visits as needed and requires approximately 10%–20% travel for site visits, project milestones, and go-live support. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not intended.
