About The Position

Flex is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Dallas, Texas, to oversee the customer interface on strategic materials for assigned key accounts. The role supports the development and implementation of GPSC reports and uses data research and trend analysis to facilitate resolution-making. It reports to the Sr Supply Chain Manager.

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company called Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, which focuses on critical digital infrastructure and end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management, supply chain design or management, or another related area.
• Understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing and pricing strategies in materials quotations.
• Present materials value-add to customers or suppliers and influence customers to use Flex preferred suppliers.
• Interface with customers or suppliers during new project start-up on cost-of-ownership issues.
• Develop and guide implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
• Manage component cost and price on a local, regional, and global basis.
• Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Define and implement pricing and costing strategies.
• Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and customers.
• Develop and implement cost take-down strategies.
• Increase Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time, and Electronic Data Interface penetration.
• Support the materials manager or director in developing and implementing GPSC reports and researching data trends to facilitate resolution-making.
