About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Analyst - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Newark, DE. The agile analyst will collaborate with IT, Business, and technology partners to define and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of business and technology expertise, acting as a servant leader and facilitator between business and IT to understand needs and ensure project success throughout the entire lifecycle. The position requires a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Requirements

Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization
Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques
Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

Working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements and business processes
Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups
Serve as a facilitator between Business and development partners to understand needs
Guide the team to be self-organized, remove impediments, and resolve issues
Lead other IT project work based on changing project demands
Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency
