About The Position

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support IT finance and procurement operations. This role will work closely with IT, finance teams, procurement teams, and vendors to manage invoices, payments, purchasing activities, and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of invoice processing, reconciliation, or accounts payable experience
  • Experience supporting procurement or vendor management activities
  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and reporting
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Government procurement experience
  • Experience with Virginia eVA system
  • Cardinal financial system experience

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices and payment requests
  • Support IT procurement activities and vendor management
  • Track expenditures and assist with budget reporting
  • Resolve invoice and vendor account issues
  • Create reports and analyze financial data using Excel
  • Maintain compliance with procurement and financial policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
