About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Business Analyst. This is a contract position expected to last 12+ months, located in Chandler, AZ. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting various aspects of inventory management, technical and information security deliverables, and compliance. This includes managing technical queues, handling Not Permitted Technology (NPT) target dates, P2/P3 compliance, patch scheduling, risk management, and access request approvals. The role also involves managing firewall requests, change management, service ID management, and working closely with AIT SMEs. Key responsibilities include communication follow-up for break fixes, decommissioning and creation of AITs, significant change assessments, access business rule engine management, and responding to Trident Surveys. The Business Analyst will also serve as the Point of Contact for AIT-related inquiries and manage Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) documents, including restoral plans and test execution, ensuring they are stored correctly and coordinating quarterly testing. This role requires managing access permissions for ECI documents and conducting yearly reviews of ECI recovery support contacts, inventory, and AITs.

Ensuring all ECI Program-required documents-Restoral Plans, Restoral Test Plans, Restoral Test Execution Plans-are stored in the required repositories: FileNet FORP (with uploads performed by the ECI FORP Administrator)
Managing access permissions for all ECI documents across these repositories
Coordinating and overseeing required quarterly FORP testing and managing the ECI teams FORP user population
Yearly documentation reviews of below information within the ECI documentation: ECI recovery support contacts (including vendors), ECI Inventory (Hosts and VMs), ECI AITs (currently 7)
Providing necessary training and guidance from IOR Strategy and Governance to perform these functions
