About The Position

Chenega Services & Federal Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the Division of Workforce Development (DWD). This role will provide technical and programmatic support for program management activities, including the use of a comprehensive program management system, maintenance and development of data-related policies, and support for fellowship program activities such as data extraction, management, and analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Use the comprehensive fellowship program and data management system (eFMS) to support program operations and activities, including working with staff on data management, monitoring application activity, addressing technical issues, and preparing data for review.
  • Manage application data to support reporting of metrics and other requested data to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain PHWB fellowship program policies and procedures, including updating the eFMS system with current program requirements and operations, performing annual reviews of policies, and preparing Standard Operating Procedures for recruitment, selection, and tracking.
  • Support quality improvement (QI) and program evaluation efforts by overseeing annual reviews of QI activities, developing an annual QI action plan, and creating progress reports on QI activities and accomplishments.
  • Maintain a schedule of QI meetings to discuss progress reports and plan future QI activities.
  • Collect, compile, review, and process fellowship host site and fellow applications, onboarding, and out-processing materials.
  • Maintain a shared PHWB file management system and data management system.
  • Fulfill data calls from partners, division staff, and others.
  • Maintain program materials and data stored electronically.
