About The Position

The IT Business Analyst role supports the WinTel Server Team, with a specific focus on the Patching Centre of Excellence (PCoE) Team. This position provides support for Server Operating System (OS) Patching and Vulnerability Management (VM) duties, and contributes to team projects. The individual will report to the PCoE Director and will be responsible for preparing and managing business documents like meeting minutes and agendas. Effective communication with multiple teams is crucial to advance PCoE goals. The role involves gaining a deep understanding of PCoE objectives in OS Patching and Vulnerability Management, contributing innovative solutions, and leveraging AI to enhance OS Patching and Vulnerability Management solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Able to communicate with our Team's Clients
• Good understanding of IT
• Able to work for an 8 month term (2 x 4 month terms)
• Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Great oral & written communication Skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to working within our established processes and follow direction.
• Attention to detail
