About The Position
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the IT Business Analyst – Systems Administration acts as a strategic liaison between business units, vendors, and IT partners. The role focuses on enterprise reporting, analytics, automation, and secure AI-enabled innovation to support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This position is based in-branch and requires regular on-site presence.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and auditability
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Oracle OBIEE, and data visualization tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment is an asset
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting and analytics requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Lead business process reviews to identify automation and workflow optimization opportunities
- Develop data models, process maps, and system documentation
- Implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and intelligent tools
- Pilot secure air-gapped AI use cases for analytics, document processing, and compliance support
- Ensure data quality, integrity, privacy, and governance across reporting solutions
- Participate in SDLC phases including requirements, testing, deployment, and review
- Lead UAT and reporting validation activities
- Support audits and regulatory reviews with reporting and data evidence
- Provide cross-coverage support for systems administration analysis activities
- Performs other duties as assigned to support LVCU
