Department: Facilities Management Administration Job Summary: Implements systems requirements and performs routine data analysis to ensure data management objectives within a work unit are met. Facilities Management operates an integrated facilities platform built on Planon, connected to Workday, Banner, StarRez, and ArcGIS Online through an FM-operated integration layer. The platform carries work management, preventive maintenance, asset management, space and building data, field technician mobile operations, and work order cost recovery supporting the entire Oxford campus. This position is the analyst for that platform. It sits between the people who perform facilities work and the systems that run it. The work is to understand what a trades supervisor, a dispatcher, an accountant, or a planner actually needs, determine whether the answer is configuration, integration, process change, or training, and then deliver or specify it. The role is technical. It requires reading and writing SQL, understanding REST APIs and JSON, tracing data through an integration pipeline, and configuring an enterprise application directly. It is not a software development position and does not require building applications from scratch.
