About The Position

The IT Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit. This position is an onsite position and available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate office location. Huntington will not sponsor applicants for this position for immigration benefits, including but not limited to assisting with obtaining work permission for F-1 students, H-1B professionals, O-1 workers, TN workers, E-3 workers, among other immigration statuses. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Project Management, or relevant working experience.
  • High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with configuration management, billing, analysis of upcoming projects, communication with facilities for MACD processes, and maintenance of CMDB databases.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business process and/or system.
  • Researches complex problems and acts independently to resolve.
  • Analyzes existing business process and or systems and determines technical or procedural improvements and implements changes.
  • Develops and provides documentation for users and training purposes.
  • Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems supported.
  • Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develops and generates specialized and ad hoc reports.
  • Analyzes reports and makes recommendations for improvements in processes and /or systems.
  • Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users.
  • Acts as liaison between software vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.
  • May serve as lead analyst in training or projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
