IT Automation Developer
About The Position
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions across various business processes including Access and Revenue Cycle, ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role advances automation in Business Applications by applying a deep knowledge of automation technologies, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, ML, and API integrations, to deliver high quality automation workflows using UI Path, and Microsoft Power Automate. The developer will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions, writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code for automation scripts and workflows using best practices in coding standards, security, and compliance. Collaboration with IT Automation Solution Architect and Business Analysts is key to gather and analyze process requirements and translate them into technical specifications and automation workflows. The role involves developing and executing test plans to ensure accuracy and reliability, performing debugging and troubleshooting, and creating/maintaining detailed documentation. Monitoring performance of deployed solutions and performing regular maintenance are also crucial. The developer will utilize knowledge of various technologies to complete tasks, provide support, resolve issues, and stay updated with the latest trends in automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
- Three (3) years in the position above, as an IT Automation Developer, as an RPA Developer, as a Tech Lead, as a Senior Software Developer, as a Senior Engineer, as a Technical Consultant, or in a related occupation.
- Two (2) years use of all the following: Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath Studio, Pega Robotics, Visual Studio, C# .Net, API, JSON, Web Services, GitHub, Agile Methodologies, Robotics Process Automation, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions across various business processes including Access and Revenue Cycle, ERP, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Advance automation in Business Applications.
- Apply deep knowledge of automation technologies, including RPA, AI, ML, and API integrations, to deliver high quality automation workflows using UI Path, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for automation scripts and workflows using best practices in coding standards, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT Automation Solution Architect and Business Analysts to gather and analyze process requirements to translate into technical specifications and automation workflows.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of automation workflows to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, test cases, and user tip sheets.
- Update documentation as processes and solutions evolve.
- Monitor the performance of deployed automation solutions and perform regular maintenance.
- Utilize and apply knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath Studio, Pega Robotics, Visual Studio, C# .Net, API, JSON, Web Services, GitHub, Agile Methodologies, Robotics Process Automation, SQL, and Atlassian to complete assigned tasks.
- Provide support and resolve issues related to automation workflows.
