Under direct staff supervision, the Student Assistant(s) support the Audio Visual (AV) team by providing technical assistance in classrooms, conference rooms, digital signage, and campus-wide events. The responsibilities include assisting with repairs and setting up AV equipment in learning spaces and conference rooms, setting up digital signage, responding promptly to support calls, transporting AV parts across the campus, and testing AV systems in classrooms and conference rooms using computer and video source devices. Excellent troubleshooting skills are required for this role. Other duties as assigned.
