Requirements

1-2 years of experience providing technical support in a business or enterprise IT environment.
Experience supporting Federal government contracts and programs.
Computer Science BS or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel as required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Must possess documentation sufficient to satisfy federal identification requirements for domestic air travel and access to government or client facilities, including a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, REAL ID-compliant identification card, or valid U.S. Passport.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees, assisting with the deployment and maintenance of information technology systems.
Develop custom software solutions to improve business operations.
Contribute to regulatory compliance programs, including NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC requirements.
Develop NIST and CMMC documentation.
Programming custom internal programs.
Help Desk.
Deploy End User devices.
