About The Position

This role involves providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and assisting with network management. The IT Associate I will also support administrative functions such as user management in Active Directory/Azure, password resets, monitoring Windows Servers and IT backups, and deploying/maintaining SharePoint and Teams sites. The position requires supporting IT cybersecurity and network environments, procuring IT equipment within budget, and deploying/supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity and VPN problems, and managing IT assets like IP phones, printers, and monitors. The role also involves managing software licenses, IT fixed assets, and maintaining an open issue log. On-call support and operating within a multi-regional team with remote management are also part of the role. Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Basic understanding of IT principles
  • Proficiency in common software and hardware
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in IT or related field
  • Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and mobile devices
  • Hands-on experience with the installation, configuration, and use of a wide range of software and hardware in a networked environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience writing documentation
  • Willingness to improve existing processes and develop new ones
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer satisfaction with an established track record of supporting IT helpdesk customers in a high-performing, reliable manner
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Maintaining Windows Servers and IT Backups
  • Deploying and Maintaining SharePoint and Teams Sites
  • Supporting IT Cyber Security and Network environment, following policies and procedures
  • Procurement of tools/computer equipment to support IT/User Needs (based on Budget)
  • Deploys, configures, and supports both Windows and macOS, and Mobile devices
  • Troubleshoots and resolves incidents related to Windows (or Mac when needed), hardware, and software in general
  • Analyzes and resolves network connectivity, VPN, and conference room equipment issues
  • Follows defined processes to resolve incidents and fulfill requests
  • Monitoring network devices and use of security dashboards to maintain endpoint protection and mobile device management applications (Intune)
  • Supports and maintains IP phones, printers, monitors, and other IT assets/peripherals
  • Manages Software Licenses and IT Fixed Assets
  • Maintains the IT open issue log through ATL's ticketing system
  • On-call support during the month when needed (mainly for maintenance, hardware changes, network projects)
  • Operate in a muti-regional team, reporting to a remote management structure
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
