About The Position
DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for an IT Asset Management Specialist to support our client in Maryland. This role involves completing inventory sign-in/sign-out sheets and guiding staff receiving laptops through basic processes such as password resets, locating and orienting to Microsoft Office and other programs, and connecting to Wifi.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift or move at least 5-10 pounds at one time
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities
