IT Asset Management Lead
About The Position
Legend Biotech USA, Inc. (Somerset, NJ) seeks an IT Asset Management Lead to plan and implement IT Asset Lifecycle strategies aligned with business and security policies. This role involves managing the CMDB asset inventory, ensuring data accuracy, conducting audits, and overseeing the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through decommissioning. The IT Asset Management Lead will optimize the usage and cost of IT Assets, develop and enforce IT asset policies, processes, and governance controls, and manage IT subscriptions and supplier contracts. The goal is to drive ITAM best practices to optimize cost, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. This position requires collaboration with business partners, suppliers, and audit teams to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Information Technology, Data Analysis or business/finance related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement IT Asset Lifecycle strategies aligned with business and security policies.
- Manage CMDB asset inventory, ensure data accuracy, conduct audits, and oversee full asset lifecycle processes from acquisition through decommissioning.
- Optimize usage and cost of IT Assets.
- Develop and enforce IT asset policies, processes, and governance controls.
- Manage IT subscriptions, supplier contracts, and drive ITAM best practices to optimize cost, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.
