Requirements

  • Stakeholder Management both Business and IT
  • Business Process, Program Execution Leadership with IT implementations experienced
  • Key knowledge in the areas of product lifecycle, program governance, and portfolio value realization through integrated IT platforms
  • Tools with Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, Applied Product Development Processes and Project Resource Management processes and industry best solutions
  • Product and Project Portfolio management business processes and IT platform enabling end‑to‑end “Idea‑to‑Retire” transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, coaching and support to the project teams
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of the program to established guardrails of scope, timeline and budget.
  • Track execution and compliance metrics and provide regular status and feedback to stakeholders
  • Work with line managers (Competency Center), Resource Management to staff projects and resolve staffing issues
  • Actively manage and ensure compliance to project financial processes, reporting and escalation
  • Conduct appropriate reviews to ensure documentation and solutions are of acceptable quality
  • Manage program risks, making sure they are identified, evaluated and addressed as per established guidelines
  • Provides active leadership by mentoring and developing PMs.
  • Is recognized as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the project and program management space.
