Requirements

Stakeholder Management both Business and IT
Business Process, Program Execution Leadership with IT implementations experienced
Key knowledge in the areas of product lifecycle, program governance, and portfolio value realization through integrated IT platforms
Tools with Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, Applied Product Development Processes and Project Resource Management processes and industry best solutions
Product and Project Portfolio management business processes and IT platform enabling end‑to‑end “Idea‑to‑Retire” transformation.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, coaching and support to the project teams
Ensure effective and efficient execution of the program to established guardrails of scope, timeline and budget.
Track execution and compliance metrics and provide regular status and feedback to stakeholders
Work with line managers (Competency Center), Resource Management to staff projects and resolve staffing issues
Actively manage and ensure compliance to project financial processes, reporting and escalation
Conduct appropriate reviews to ensure documentation and solutions are of acceptable quality
Manage program risks, making sure they are identified, evaluated and addressed as per established guidelines
Provides active leadership by mentoring and developing PMs.
Is recognized as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the project and program management space.
