About The Position

This federal contract will provide comprehensive program and project management support services to a federal customer supporting a large, distributed IT environment. Services include end-to-end project and program management, project management office (PMO) support, implementation management, business analysis, and organizational change management for technology initiatives of varying size and complexity. Work will span the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closeout and will support multiple concurrent projects and portfolios. The IT Analyst provides support to projects, handling documentation, user support, status tracking, and IMS schedule management. Offers additional bandwidth for surge coverage and administrative needs. Provides hands-on project support across documentation, meeting coordination, user support, schedule tracking, and administrative project controls. This role assists with capturing meeting notes, updating project trackers, maintaining document repositories, preparing draft status inputs, and organizing project information for review by senior project team members. The Analyst also supports Integrated Master Schedule management by collecting task updates, identifying missing inputs, updating status information, and helping maintain accurate project records. Adds flexible capacity by supporting multiple projects, surge activities, and recurring coordination needs. This position helps project teams prepare for meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications, track follow-up items, and maintain continuity when workload increases or deadlines overlap. The Analyst may also assist with user support activities, documentation updates, data entry, and quality checks across project artifacts. By handling essential coordination and tracking responsibilities, the Analyst allows senior team members to focus on project leadership, technical decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
