About The Position

The Office of Information Technology at Auburn University is seeking a TES IT Analyst to support the administration of software licensing and contract management programs. This role involves procurement, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, renewals, and financial reconciliation. The IT Analyst will also provide customer support and resolve service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient use of university resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience providing administrative, technical, customer service, financial, procurement, contract, or related support.
• Ability to effectively use computers, spreadsheets, databases, and other office technology to perform job-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contractual records; monitors compliance; manages renewals, extensions, and amendments; and assists in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
• Assists with software license procurement, distribution, and lifecycle management by monitoring usage, ensuring compliance, coordinating renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assists the Manager with software resale activities and the reconciliation of financial records to ensure accuracy and the responsible stewardship of Auburn University's financial resources.
• Provides customer support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing ServiceNow tickets in a timely and effective manner.
