The IT Analyst – System Operations II partners with clients to collect business requirements, develop and configure system specifications, and evaluates, deploys, and supports networkwide applications to ensure seamless integration with existing applications. The role also gathers and interprets data to recommend process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to collect business requirements.
• Develop and configure system specifications.
• Evaluate, deploy, and support networkwide applications to ensure seamless integration with existing applications.
• Gather and interpret data to recommend process and system improvements.
