Flipp + Shopfully’s IT team manages the technology, services, and systems that support our business operations. We’re looking for an IT Administrator to provide reliable first-line support and help maintain a secure, efficient, and scalable technology environment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues; manage employee onboarding and offboarding; administer workplace platforms; and support IT projects and process improvements. You’ll join a collaborative global team where you’ll have the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems and explore how AI and automation can improve IT operations. This role requires you to go in-office 1-2 days a week.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, help desk, or IT administration.
  • Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows devices.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace or a comparable platform such as Microsoft 365 or Azure AD.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Familiarity with a ticketing system, ideally Jira.
  • Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • The ability to remain calm and professional while managing competing priorities.
  • A curious, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JumpCloud, Confluence, Monday.com, Slack administration, Google Meet hardware, device imaging, or asset management is an asset.
  • Familiarity with IT security, workflow automation, and access-management practices.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, HDI-CSR, or CCNA is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to remote and in-office employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, network, printer, and audio-visual issues.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, permissions, and devices.
  • Administer Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and other business applications.
  • Configure and support macOS and Windows laptops and iOS and Android devices.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate device upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
  • Support meeting-room technology, Google Meet hardware, Wi-Fi, and office equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT colleagues or vendors to resolve them.
  • Lead smaller IT projects and contribute to global initiatives.
  • Improve IT processes through documentation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
