The Production Site Systems Administrator is an IT role responsible for maintaining the company’s computing environment by analyzing requirements, installing and configuring hardware and software, and supporting a fast-paced print to order manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include systems administration and support of PCs, printers, servers, and related software and equipment, as well as working directly with production staff to remediate technology issues affecting production order processing. Tasks include end-user support, license tracking, and performing maintenance, upgrades, and configurations as well as working with production staff and/or vendors to resolve issues. This role is onsite, 5 days per week in our Grand Prairie, TX location. At this time, we are unable to provide work sponsorship/work authorization.
