The IT Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities for the ERP Team. The primary responsibility is assisting the ERP team with end-user technical support, documentation and reporting. This position will be the user liaison and first contact for most ERP issues. They will efficiently manage the helpdesk support tickets through prioritization and organization. · Initial point-of-contact for the ERP team and provide basic support for all internal users · Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently · Assist ERP Analysts with saved searches, reporting and tasks · Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of basic NetSuite functionality and integrations · Remain current with basic NetSuite capabilities and features · Assist with maintaining the integrity of the sandbox environment via testing and cleanup · Other duties as assigned
