About The Position

Cinter Technology is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale. This person will work to support the Accounting & IT administrative operations of the office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, high-energy attitude
  • Follow the procedures and manuals
  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook / E-mail / Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Capability to carry the item, which is 20lbs at max.

  • Expense Report Verification
  • Vendor Payment
  • Issue Check for Payment
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Asset & Equipment Management
  • Corporate Card Transaction Check
  • Minor IT-related tasks such as mobile device setup
  • Document Creation and Update if needed
