Leading preparation of senior‑executive briefing materials and coordinating cross‑functional inputs for high‑priority issues. Implementing global monitoring processes to assess regulatory, media, and reputational developments and synthesizing insights to inform enterprise response strategies. Determining cross‑functional alignment needs and ensuring communication responses are timely, accurate, and consistent across the enterprise. Supporting enterprise readiness by maintaining and enhancing global issues and crisis playbooks, tools, templates, and workflows. Supporting live issues and crisis activation by managing workflows, documentation, timelines, and communication reviews to enable rapid and aligned response. Communicating proactively with senior executives and internal partners across Legal, Government Affairs, and business teams to ensure communications are accurate, aligned, and compliant. Collaborating with global and regional communications partners to ensure aligned messaging and consistent execution across markets. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams on M&A communication planning, drafting content, coordinating deliverables, and supporting integration‑related communications. Promoting operational discipline through documentation, issue tracking, and maintaining accessible issue histories for future planning and continuous improvement. Promoting strong governance by ensuring communication materials reflect brand voice, tone, and corporate communication requirements. Managing global reporting, dashboards, and performance assessments related to issues and crisis activity and providing insights to inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ten (10) or more years of strong communication, writing, and executive level briefing skills in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in communications, issues management, crisis communications, public affairs, or related corporate communications work in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • U.S. Export Control laws and U.S. Government Department of Defense contracts and sub-contracts impose certain restrictions on companies and their ability to share export-controlled and other technology and services with certain "non-U.S. persons" (persons who are not U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., refugees, "Temporary Residents" (granted Amnesty or Special Agricultural Worker provisions), or persons granted asylum.
