About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Auditor to perform audits at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers. The role involves using process audits to identify risks and potential issues, classifying audit findings against ISO 9001 requirements, communicating findings with the audit team, and issuing audit reports by the due date. This is a 1099 contractor role with project durations that may vary based on client needs.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience as a ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical)
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Operations and production management
• Supply chain and logistics
• Construction and infrastructure
• Food processing and packaging
• Healthcare and medical devices
• Energy and utilities

Responsibilities

• Performing the audit at the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers per Pro QC checklists.
• Using the process audit to identify relevant risks and point out potential issues.
• Looking at audit findings and classifying them against the ISO 9001 requirements.
• Communicate findings with the audit team and issue audit report within due day.
