About The Position

Wesco Turf is seeking an Irrigation Warehouse Specialist to support their irrigation operations and ensure inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves receiving, processing, and shipping irrigation parts while collaborating with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
• Inventory management experience
• Forklift certification
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

Nice To Haves

• UPS WorldShip experience preferred
• Spanish language skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately process irrigation sales orders and customer pick-ups
• Pack, ship, and coordinate freight and LTL orders
• Select correct shipping methods to ensure timely delivery
• Receive and process daily irrigation deliveries and customer returns
• Manage RGAs, vendor claims, and defective inventory
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory discrepancy resolution
• Maintain accurate bin locations, shelves, and inventory records
• Communicate with Irrigation Associates via email and phone
• Assist other warehouse departments and overstock management as needed
