Requirements
- Previous irrigation-related experience is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain sprinkler systems, including broken pipes, leaks, valves, timers, etc.
- Adjust sprinkler heads and programming on irrigation timers.
- Perform system startups, inspections, and winterization services.
- Provide detailed billing and service reports for completed work.
- Communicate with clients regarding services performed and recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
