About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the irrigation system, including sprinkler heads, valve boxes, and repairing leaks. The technician will also assist with the maintenance of the pump station and fertigation system, manage irrigation inventory, and contribute to other course operations as needed. Safety is a key component, requiring adherence to company safety programs, proper use of personal protective equipment, maintaining a safe work environment, and reporting any safety concerns or injuries.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring
• Knowledgeable in PVC pipe repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptable to changing weather conditions
• Minimum 1 year experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains and troubleshoots irrigation system
• Maintains sprinkler heads and valve boxes in regards to edging and leveling as required
• Repair leaks as required
• Assists with maintenance of pump station & fertigation system
• Assists with other areas of course operations as needed
• Maintain irrigation inventory
• Other duties as assigned
