About The Position

Maintain a large, multi-zone irrigation system at a client site in the southwestern United States. Supervise and perform daily specialty tasks, including scheduling irrigation repairs, maintenance, operations, and irrigation audits. The primary responsibility is maintaining the client's grounds. The posting also describes grounds maintenance duties, including directing daily landscaping maintenance such as care of flower beds and trees, and maintaining grounds equipment and fleet such as mowers and UTVs.

Requirements

• Two years of experience performing grounds maintenance.
• Two years of experience working with irrigation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
