About The Position
Taylor Community is seeking two dedicated Groundskeepers/Landscapers to enhance the beauty of its stunning campus in Laconia. Taylor Community owns and maintains 160 acres of beautiful, mature property in Laconia, Meredith and Wolfeboro NH. This is a full-time, year-round career position. The role involves routine irrigation maintenance, repairs, and installations, as well as regular grounds maintenance, hardscape, and landscaping throughout the Taylor Community properties. Taylor Community provides all the necessary tools, equipment, and uniforms. They offer strong wages and a great work environment, and are a smoke-free continuing care retirement community services.
Requirements
- Must have a great attitude and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions!
- Must love working in Teams
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, clocks, timers, piping etc
- Grounds equipment operations including tractors trucks and power tools
- Clear/Clean Drug test required
- Clean criminal history and valid NH driver's license
- At least 3 years of documented experience for a professional landscaping company
- Provide excellent references
- Drivers license is required!
Responsibilities
- Routine irrigation maintenance, repairs and installations
- Regular grounds maintenance
- Hardscape and landscaping throughout the Taylor Community properties
- Hydro seeding of new lawns
- Tree Removal and Chipping
- Push mowing, weed whacking
- Bark mulching, weeding and general landscaping
- Snow removal
