About The Position

Enjoy the great outdoors as your office while continually honing your skills with electrical and plumbing systems to lead a crew in keeping the most beautiful gardens in Birmingham growing. As Crew Leader you work daily to install new landscape lighting and irrigation projects and implement enhancements to existing systems. You will also conduct audits to assess irrigation and lighting systems and create ways to run them with greater efficiency. Additionally, you will organize and maintain inventory, tools, and an orderly work truck, and partner intentionally with management for your own professional and personal development.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience installing and/or maintaining landscape irrigation and lighting systems
Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and ability to pass our standard pre-employment background check and drug screening
Proficiency in English in both oral and written forms
Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance and to utilize a full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Ability to access and navigate our bulk yard, loading areas, office space, and other aspects of our facilities and job sites
Strength, stamina, and mobility to perform physical work outdoors, especially during hot and cold weather conditions
