About The Position

Kohler Co. is seeking an Iron Foundry Operator for their Cast Iron division at the Kohler, Wisconsin location. This role is part of the manufacturing team and focuses on producing high-quality cast iron products. Requirements

Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Consistent attendance and work performance.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Blow off wipe down patterns as required.
Spray pattern with release agent.
Operate core setting robot.
Assist with pattern changes.
Operate hoist and Crane as well as perform safety check sheet.
Keep all patterns clean of any sticking or loose sand.
Operate PIV as well as perform check list.
Communicate with operator and supervisor on hole changes, stickers, pattern changes.
Wear required P.P.E.
Follow LO/TO.
Check chang and maintain day codes on all patterns.
Check Sprue Formers go / no-go gauge.
Attend tier one meetings.
