About The Position
WQS NDT Inc. is currently recruiting for an experienced and proficient Rope Access (IRATA Certified) Exposure Device Operator (CEDO) to join the WQS NDT team. This role is based in Fort McMurray. Requirements
- Rope Access Certification (IRATA) is required.
- CGSB Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO).
- Must be Fit for Duty at all times and able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace, including alcohol and drug testing.
- Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory 3-year driver abstract.
- Strong technical skills with a proven track record as a reliable and safety-focused NDT technician.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-ticketed technicians are preferred.
- First Aid certification.
- Confined Space certification.
Responsibilities
- Operate exposure devices as a certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO).
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and specialized Rope Access services.
