About The Position

To support US Urology Partners and its Affiliates in implementing initiatives that are strategically aligned to the department and the growth of the company with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Responsible for the Company Vision “to be the region’s first choice for patients, physicians, and employees by demonstrating best practices in clinical care, teamwork, and business operations.”

  • Thorough knowledge in computer information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient check-in/check-out procedures to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth patient transitions and adherence to established protocols.
  • Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment, prioritizing clear communication and respectful interactions.
  • Address patient concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the check-in/check-out.
  • Collect accurate and timely patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices.
  • Lead and motivate a team of patient access reps, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Identify and support opportunities for professional development and growth for team members.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the check-in/check-out experience.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in patient flow management and patient experience optimization.
