Requirements

Graduate from a nursing program a Registered Nurse (RN) program Required
Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program Required
Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program Required
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Required
RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required or RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire Required or RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Upon Hire Required
BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
ACLS Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures.
Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures.
Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.
