About The Position

The Company: Pacific Aerospace & Electronics (PacAero) is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Manager to join our team. PacAero’s core businesses include an array of electronic connectors and housings for the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface. The Position: Job Summary Under the guidance of a manager or other senior staff members, develop and apply advanced and innovative engineering and production solutions to address the product needs of present and future customers.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Due to ITAR Requirements, all PacAero employees must be classified as US Persons and are required to show proof upon hire. U.S. Person means a person who is a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). It also means any corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • B.S. in mechanical engineering and/or business preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Teams preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze mechanical components (concept through production), ensuring form, fit, and function.
  • Manage all phases of application development, including scheduling, testing, risk identification, and post-project reviews.
  • Maintain close communication with customers to ensure alignment and timely progress.
  • Support quoting activities, BOM development, material/process selection, and compliance testing.
  • Work with manufacturing and quality teams to deliver prototypes, tooling, and production parts.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to support strategic growth.
  • Travel occasionally to customer facilities to resolve technical issues and support sales efforts.
  • Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete projects on time and as assigned.
  • Read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
  • Good computer skills.

  • Must have legible handwriting.
