IPT Operational Support Lead - Onsite, Washington, DC
About The Position
BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced IPT Operational Support Lead to lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) operational support delivery across customer sectors for a federal client. The role directs cross-sector delivery and allocates acquisition project management, contract specialist, and cost/price analysis support while preserving continuity for recurring portfolio operations. The Lead manages priorities, capacity, quality, and performance and coordinates with client leadership and other task leads. This position is contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is identifying qualified candidates for a proposal for an upcoming government contract; selected applicants may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded. The role is onsite in Washington, DC. No active clearance is required, but TS/SCI is preferred, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. BluePath Labs is a research and consulting company providing professional, scientific, and technology services to federal, state, and local government clients. Its areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Experience leading multiple acquisition portfolios or multidisciplinary customer teams.
- Experience managing workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules and integrating acquisition, contracting, financial, coordination, and technical support.
- Ability to direct cross-sector delivery, allocate capacity, resolve competing priorities and staffing risks, and manage client relationships and overall performance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent.
- 12 or more years in federal acquisition or program delivery, including at least 5 years leading multiple teams or portfolios.

- Oversee the integration of financial, acquisition, contracting, coordination, and automation support.
- Coordinate with client leadership and other task leads to align operational support delivery.
- Manage client relationships and overall performance.
