About The Position

This position is for an IPT Lead Engineer with a security clearance, working on advanced missile and space defense technology. The role involves leading the technical direction of an entire system and developing generational defense capabilities, including advanced anti-ballistic missile defense systems and next-generation intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs). The engineer will play a critical technical leadership role in the development of advanced thrust vector control (TVC) actuation systems, from concept through production. This is not a sustainment role. The engineer will have broad technical autonomy, lead complex engineering efforts, drive technical decisions, coordinate across disciplines and organizations, and serve as a key technical interface with customers and external partners. The role offers the opportunity to influence both the technology and the direction of the program.
